Corn: 100 gms
Palak: 1 bunch
Onion: 1 finely chopped
Ginger and Garlic: Quantity sufficient, finely chopped
Oil, Salt, Chilli Powder: Qs
Procedure:
Boil the sweet corn for 10 min and keep aside. Now take a pan, add oil according to your requirement. Add onions, ginger and garlic, cook in low flame for 5 mins. Then add finely chopped palak, add salt and place the lid. Allow it to cook for 10 min. Now add the Sweet Corn and mix and add chilli powder. Cook for 2 min with lid and take it down. Here is your yummy recipe ready. As children won't eat the leafy vegetables often I add some of these things to make it interesting.
