Chicken Leg Fry With Eastern Kebab Masala By Bindu.

Hi Everyone,  Here I am presenting you my recent adventure (I feel it so).  You know for me it is always trial and error method, I am know cooking well but still can't procedure the same flavor, or taste everytime (it misses sometime) thats why I called it as adventure. 
So, here I tried chicken leg fry with Eastern kebab masala powder. 

Ingredients:


Chicken legs-4
Lemon: 1
Oil- Sufficient quantity
 Eastern Kebab Masala Powder
Corm Flour- 1 spoon.

Process:
             Wash the leg pieces and cook them in hot boiling water for 5 min(this makes the chicken soft). Take out the pieces into a seperate bowl, make holes into them with knife and add 6 table spoons of Eastern Kabab Masala powder, one lemon and one spoon of cornfloor. Mix them well and Store in refrigerator for 20-30 min.
               



  After marination take them out and fry in a pan with minimum oil for toasting from all the sides (i don't deep fry personally for health issues).  When the legs turn brownish red or you feel like it is cooked) then remove them from flame, roll in tissue paper and grill them over flame directly to get that smokey flavor and texture for 5 mins.

                               That's it, your Tondoori like Chicken  Leg Fry is Ready
