RADDISH FRY (MULAMGI FRY) BY SREEJA

Ingredients:

 Radish: 2 (cut them into small pieces)
Onions: half bowl cutted into pieces
Curry Leaves
Mustard, Jeera, - one table spoon
Oil- 3 table spoons
Red Chilies- 50gms
Garlic- 10
Ground nuts-50gms
Garlic Chilli Powder- Qs
Salt- Qs

            Cook the radish for 15 min in half cup of water. Remove the water, take a pan add 5 tablespoon of oil. Add onions, green chilies, curry leaves an saute for 3 minutes. Add radish to them, Fry for five minutes, now add salt and keep a lid on the pan. 
                  Take the groundnuts, red chilies, garlic and grind it into a powder. Add these into the fry, stir well and take it down. Now your easy and yummy radish fry is ready.
