BITTER GAURD MASALA CURRY BY TEJESWARI

Ingredients:

  •    Bitter Gaurds- 4
  • Coriander Powder-1 Table Spoon
  • Cumin Powder-2 Spoons
  • Sugar- 1 Table Spoons
  • Salt- 1 Table Spoons
  • Green Mango Pulp- 1/4 Spoon
  • Ginger & Garlic Paste – 1 Spoon
  • Cashew Powder- 3 Spoons
  • Chille powder-1 Spoon
  • Oil- Qs
Method to Prepare:
  • ·         First take the coriander powder, cumin powder, sugar, mango pulp, cashew powder in a bowl mix everything well and make it as dough and keep aside.
  • ·         Chop the upper layer of bitter guard, remove the seeds and keep it in a salt water bowl for  4 minutes.
  • ·         Take a small portion of the mixed stuff and palce it in the center of bitter guard
  • ·         Place them in a hot tawa with oil and roast them nicely on both the sides.

  • ·         Finally Tasty Bitter guard masala is ready to serve.
