Ingredients:

  • Potato 2 big
  • carrot 1
  • green peas 1/4 cup
  • french beans 1/4 cup
  • beat root 1 small
  • sweet corn 1/4 cup 
  • lemon 1
  • coriander leaves(chopped) 3 table spoons
  • garam masala 1 tsp
  • green chilly(chopped) 2-3
  • chilly powder 1/2 tsp
  • ginger garlic paste 1/2 tsp
  • aamchur 1/2 tsp(optional)
  • salt to taste
  • onion 1 big(chopped)
  • bread slices 10
  • besan flour or home baking(maida) flour 1 cup
  • water 1 1/2 cup to 2 cups
  • oil for frying


Preparation:
1.boil potato,carrot,green peas and french beans and beetroot and boil with salt
and mash well
2.heat 2 tsp of oil in a pan and add onion and green chilly,when onion turns pink,
add ginger-garlic paste and sweet corn and fry for 2 Min's then add garam masala and remove from flame and add mashed vegetables,aamchur,lemon juice,coriander leaves,chilly powder
and salt(if needed,remember you have already added some salt to the boiled vegetables).Mix well
3.Mix 1 cup of flour with salt and 1 1/2 cup water....prepare think batter add
some more water if needed
4.Take some water in a bowl and dip bread slice for 2 sec's and squeeze the water by pressing
gently between palms.
4.place some veg mixture on half side of the slice and cover it with the other side
cover the mixture with the slice by pressing all the sides gently(shape like a roll)
5.Do the same with all the slices
6.Heat oil in a pan,dip each roll in the batter and deep fry them on medium flame till they are golden
brown
7.Cut in the middle and serve hot with green chutney or tomato sauce
