Ingredients:
1. Aata 1cup
2. Maidha 2cups
3. Boiled n smashed aalo 1/2cup
4. Cabbage chopped 1cup
5. Carrot chopped 1/2cup
6. Capsicum chopped 1/2cup
7. Green peace 1/4th cup
8. Panner chopped 1cup
9. Green chillies 2tbsp
10. Onions chopped 1/4th cup
11. Coriander 
12. Mint leaves
13. Ginger
14. Curd
15. Salt to taste
16. Jeera powder 1tbsp
17. Chat masala 1tbsp
18. Curry leaves
19. Oil r butter
20. Red chilli powder
21. Turmeric 
22. Pepper powder
23. Lemon juice
PROCEDURE: 
Green chutney:
Take a jar, add coriander, mint leaves, curd, salt, ginger, green chilies (1-2) and grind into a fine chutney.
Dough:
Take a bowl and add wheat aata and  maida,  a pinch of salt , oil. Mix it well with water until it forms a dough..
Stuff curry:
Take a pan and heat oil or butter. Add onions let them fry for few minutes.. Then add all the veggies. Cook it well, add green chilies, salt, pepper powder, red chili powder, turmeric powder, jeera powder, chat masala, at last add smashed aalo and chopped panner, coriander, spread lemon juice on top at last

Frankies:
Take small balls of dough and roll it as a chapathi.. Fry it on a flat tawa apply butter on both sides. Then apply green chutney and fill the stuff along with onions in the middle of frankie. Role the frankie with tissue paper and serve hot.
