Many people think that eating bananas makes you fat. So let’s know some of the convincing discussions over that.





So first of all, what does banana have.  It has carbohydrates, minerals like potassium, fibers, protein and vitamin C. It does not contain fats. It contributes to around 110-150 calories (basing on size).
Banana is a nutrient-dense foods, when you add nutrient dense food to  your diet they  keep you feeling satisfied which inturn makes you not to crave for more food and gives you sufficient  nutrients to your body.   

So when you really wanted to lose your weight, it can really help to cut down the major portion of your food. A big full sized banana can really feel your stomach full after breakfast.  The fiber in the fruit helps to digest slowly and make you feel full and satisfied after your meals.

Eating one or two cutting other foods, can really help you to reduce weight. Not only banana anything that is eaten in excess without proper physical activity converts the calories(carbohydrates) into fat, which makes you fat. So you can eat one or two  daily calculating the calories in your diet plan and  don’t miss your gym, yoga or any physical activity and it will definitely helps you in your weight loss regime.
