ROTINI AND PENNE VEGGIE PASTA

Ingredients:
Rotini  Pasta -- 1/2Cup
Penne Pasta -- 1/2Cup
Salt -- To Taste
Red Bell Peppers (chopped) -- 1/4Cup
Green Bell Peppers (Chopped) -- 1/4Cup
Onions -- 1/2Cup
Mushrooms -- 1/4Cup
Tomato Paste -- 1/4Cup
Parsley (Italian Seasoning) -- 1Tbsp
Garlic Cloves (Chopped) -- 3
Oregano Seasoning -- 1Tbsp
Green Chilli -- 4
Thyme -- 1Tbsp
Olive Oil -- 4Tbsp

Method To Prepare:
First cook both the pastas and keep them aside.
Then heat Oil in a wok or a pan and add green chilli, and garlic cloves.
Fry them for 2min and then add Onions, Mushrooms, Green and Red Bell peppers.
Fry them till they become soft.
Then add Salt, Thyme, Parsley, Oregano seasoning and Tomato Paste to the pan. Mix everything well.
Now finally add the cooked pasta to it and mix well.

Cook it for 5min.
