Ingredients
For 6 cups of rice.
4- Elaichi
5- lavanga
1- Inch patta
1/2 tsp shahijeera

Boil the water ( about 15 cups) add the above garam masala to the water. Add salt to the taste. Add rice to boiling water. Cook rice 3/4 of it. Strain the rice.
For marination
1 cup. Curd
4 tsp. Chopped mint
3 tsp. Chopped coriander
1 tsp. Garam masala pwdr
2tsp. Ginger and garlic paste
5 tsp. Fried onions ( smashed )
1/2 cup Oil
1 tsp. Green chilli paste
2 tsp. Chilli powder

Take a pan and put some oil and saute the eggs till golden brown and add to the marinate.
Take a thick sause pan, first add one layer of rice then put all the marinate and eggs on the rice. Then add the remaining rice on the marinate. Sprinkle some chopped mint, coriander, fried onions. Mix yellow color (1pinch) in 5 tsp milk sprinkle all over the rice. Place this on stove.cook till the steam comes out. Your yummy egg biriyani is ready.
