 Ingredients
  •   Baby Corn-10-12 ( cut each into 2 pieces )
  •   Maida / All purpose flour- 1 Tbsp
  •   Corn Flour- 1 Tbsp
  •   Ginger-Garlic Paste- 1 Tbsp
  •   Few Tbsp s water
  •   Salt to Taste
 For Sauce
  •    Onion- 1 Medium Sized Finely chopped
  •    Capsicum- 1 ( cut into cubes)
  •    Spring Onions- few ( finely chopped)
  •    Garlic Cloves-3-4 Finely chopped
  •    Green chilies- 2 sliced
  •    Tomato Sauce-2 Tbsp
  •    Soya Sauce- 1 Tbsp
  •    Vinegar- 1 Tbsp
  •    Chilli Sauce- 1 Tbsp
  •    Red Chilli Powder- 1 Tsp
  •    Salt as required   
 Method
  • Boil 4 Cups of water with little Salt, wash the baby corn cut into pieces and soak them in the boiling water  for 15-20 mins.
  • Mix Maida, Corn flour, Half of Ginger Garlic Paste, Salt in water to make a paste. Dip the boiled and drained Baby corn.
  • Mix well and make sure that each piece is coated well.
  • Now deep fry the Baby corn till they become slightly golden in color.
  • Once it’s done, take a Cooking Vessel add 1 tbsp of Oil, add chopped Garlic and sauté it for few mins.
  • Add the Green chilies sauté it for few seconds. Add the onions and sauté it till they become transparent. Add the capsicum and sauté it for 2-3 mins.
  • Add the left over Ginger Garlic Paste and mix well till the raw smell disappears. Now add the chili sauce, Soy sauce, Tomato Sauce, Chili Powder, Vinegar and salt. Add few Tbsp. s of water and cook for 2 mins.
  • Now add the Deep fried Baby corn and combine. Toss on high flame for 1-2 mins. ( if  you need gravy add 1 tbsp of corn flour and mix in  little water and add it to the mixture and combine well.)
  • Garnish with Spring Onions.
