Hi everyone,
I am Swetha, from Hyderabad working in IBM. I am not a regular cook but I love cooking. I do cook in my week offs, so often I use these instant mixes for fast cooking. To be frank these really saves the effort and sometimes even tastes better. Here is on of my favourite masala mix, I found these Aachi Chicken Masala long back, I tried this many times, so thought of sharing it with you all.
Ingredients:
Chicken boneless- 250gms
Garlic- 5 cloves cutted into fine pieces
Green Chilli- 3. chopped into pieces
Onion-1 finely chopped into small pieces
Oil- Sufficient for deep fry on Chicken.
Tomoto Ketchup or Sause- one spoon
Aachi Chicken Masala Powder
Corm Flour- 1 spoon.
Pepper Powder
Preparation:
Wash the chicken, cut it into small pieces and soak in hot water for 10-15 min (this makes the chicken soft). Remove it, take it in a separate bowl and add Aachi chicken masala and one spoon corn flour and mix it well and keep it in the fridge for 20 min.
Heat oil in pan for deep fry.. Fry the chicken until it turns into red color, Cook in low flame.
Keep another pan, add one spoon of oil, add onion, green chilli, garlic pieces. Fry them for 1 min and add the fried chicken pieces into it.
Now reduce the flame and take one teaspoon of tomato ketchup or sauce into a bowl, add 3 tablespoons of water, mix well. Add 2 tablespoons of this mixture on the chicken pieces and stir well. Add pepper powder on the top. Take it into a bowl and serve hot.
