Dondakaya ulli karam by ‎Rohini Kothinti‎

Here we are with another recipe by Rohini Kothinti

Ingredients
Dondakaya 500grams
Oil 4-5 tsp
Onion 2
Salt to taste
Garlic 5-6 Cloves
Coriander seeds 1/2 tsp
Red Chilies 10




PROCEDURE
1. Take some oil in a hot pan then add onions, salt and sauté it so that the color changes a bit.
2. Now add garlic, coriander seeds, red chilies and cook it till they turn in to pinkish brown. 




3. Now transfer this in a blender and make it a coarse paste.
4. In the same pan take some oil and add tindora pieces, salt and 1/4 tsp turmeric cook for a while with lid on it on a slow flame.
5. When its cooked 60% add the blended paste and sauté it for some time.
6. Cook it again for 5-6 min on slow flame with lid on it.
