Helloo ladies...how are you all doing...today am going to share my recipe of Stuffed bread pakoda which i made it as a snack for Iftaar ☺ So here we go into the recipe....
Ingredients :
3-4 boiled potatoes
Coriander leaves
Curry leaves
Chilli powder
Salt to taste
Chat masala
Turmeric(2-3 pinches)
Ginger-garlic paste
1 finely chopped onion
Ingridients for outer coating:
Besan powder
Red chilli powder
Garam masala powder(a pinch is enough)
Salt
Bread (cut into triangular slices)

Potato stuff recipe:
Take the boiled potatoes and mash them well.now take a pan add oil
and let it heat for 2 mints and add chopped onions,turmeric powder, chilli
powder,chat masala,coriander leaves ,curry leaves then add mashed
potatoes add salt(to taste) and cook that whole thing for 3-4 mints and
keep it aside.
Besan batter:
Take besan powder in a bowl,add salt ,red chilli powder, a pinch garam
masala 1/2 cup water and mix it well(it should neither be very thick nor
too thin) nd keep it aside.
Frying the bread pakoda:
Take the 2 triangular bread slices and stuff some mashed potatoes
between them and keep it aside.
Now take a pan add oil and let it heat for 2 mints.now take the bread
slices,dip it in the besan batter ,place them in the medium hot oil and fry
them.you can serve them with coriander chutney or simply with tomato
ketchup ☺
